Michigan State Fair Ticket Terms & Conditions
Purchase or presentation of this ticket to gain entry to the event signifies agreement to the following conditions:
1. This ticket is issued subject to the Rules and Regulations of the venue management and the Michigan State Fair.
2. All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable under any circumstances, including but not limited to inclement weather, personal scheduling conflicts, or vendor-related changes. Refunds will not be issued in the event of an emergency, public safety concern, or any incident requiring partial or full closure of the event.
3. The venue management and/or Michigan State Fair reserve the right to refuse admission, revoke entry, or remove any person from the premises for any reason deemed necessary, including but not limited to disorderly conduct, non-compliance with event rules, or safety concerns.
4. Wristbands or hand stamps are required for re-entry and must be worn/retained for the duration of your visit. Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets or wristbands will not be replaced or reissued.
5. Entry and participation in the event are at the ticket holder’s own risk. The Michigan State Fair, its affiliates, partners, vendors, sponsors, and the venue management shall not be liable for any personal injury, loss, property damage, or other claims arising before, during, or after the event.
6. By entering the Michigan State Fair, attendees voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 or any other communicable diseases.
7. Pets are not permitted, with the exception of service animals as defined by the ADA.
8. Prohibited items include but are not limited to outside food and beverages (unless medically necessary), weapons of any kind, illegal substances, drones, and unauthorized commercial photography or videography. Security reserves the right to inspect all bags and personal items upon entry.
9. In the event of an emergency, including but not limited to extreme weather, civil disturbances, or situations that may impact public safety, the Michigan State Fair reserves the right to suspend or cancel operations without refund or compensation.
10. I hereby grant Michigan State Fair permission to use my image, likeness, or voice in any and all promotional materials, including digital and print media, without payment or other consideration, in perpetuity. I release Michigan State Fair from all claims related to this authorization.
11. By purchasing this ticket and/or entering the venue, the ticket holder agrees to abide by all posted and verbal event rules. Failure to comply may result in removal from the event without refund.
